Responsibilities
· Support online/offline WOM (Word-of-Mouth) campaigns, including KOL collaborations, community operations, and user engagement.
· Assist in content planning and creation: social media posts, promotional materials, blogs, and industry reports.
· Monitor social media sentiment, develop engagement strategies, and enhance brand influence.
· Collect data, track performance, and prepare execution feedback reports.
· Collaborate closely with project and content teams to ensure consistent messaging.
· Provide support for daily content publishing, comment interaction, and event execution.
Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
· Basic knowledge of communications and familiarity with social media platforms.
· Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-driven.
· Interest in technology or consumer electronics is a plus.
✦ Account Manager
Responsibilities
· Lead WOM projects from planning to execution, coordinating internal and external resources.
· Manage client relationships, oversee project timelines, and ensure objectives are met.
· Develop and draft annual or periodic communication strategies, well-versed in both traditional and new media platforms.
· Execute PR plans, including social media content, PR articles, and press releases.
· Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and improve client satisfaction.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying long-term collaboration opportunities.
· Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, brand execution, or PR.
· Familiarity with 3C consumer electronics or B2B automation industries is preferred.
· Strong cross-team coordination and leadership skills.
· Strategic thinking with solid client management experience.
Public Relations Team
✦ PR Executive – Media & KOL Collaboration
Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, bloggers, and industry experts to secure impactful media coverage.
· Proactively pitch story ideas, manage interviews, press releases, and editorial features to maximize brand visibility.
· Track media and social trends to adjust outreach strategies and strengthen engagement.
· Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistent communication across channels.
· Monitor campaign performance and prepare media coverage reports as needed.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
· 1–2 years of experience in PR, media relations, or communications (agency background preferred).
· Established media network, including Chinese-language media and social influencers.
· Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with a strong editorial sense.
· Strategic mindset combined with hands-on PR campaign execution skills.
· Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.) and how PR integrates with digital.
· Experience using media monitoring and reporting tools is a plus.
